Who We Help

At Disability Rights Rhode Island (DRRI), we provide legal advocacy and protection to a wide range of people who need help with disability-related legal issues. This includes assistance with problems such as abuse, neglect, discrimination, access to assistive technology, community integration, voting, and rights protection.

DRRI also addresses issues through policy advocacy, education, monitoring, and investigation.

To be as effective as possible with limited resources —and to comply with federal requirements —DRRI must set focus areas for our work each year. This means we must limit the kinds of issues upon which we can work.
