Here is the most recent Court Monitor’s report filed with U.S. District Court on August 29, 2022 regarding the 2014 Consent Decree entered as a result of US v. Rhode Island. This matter involved the need for Rhode Island to comply with Title II of the ADA in providing community integrated day and employment services. Rhode Island has 10 years to comply with the Consent Decree. DRRI continues to be involved in monitoring compliance with the Consent Decree.
